I am writing this email to let you know how pleased i am. I have been wearing Glasses most of my adult life and i have never been so pleased with the way i have been treated. Thank you. I saw your advert on tv and decided to have a look at your website. i couldn't believe the choice of glasses you have on sale, and the price, well i thought there must be a catch, but after reading the testimonials i soon found out there wasn't. So i followed your easy to understand direction on how to place my order, (Ben Sherman for £30.00) that was on thursday morning and then on friday morning my new glasses arrived. Normally i have to wait between 5 and 10 days to pick up my new specs, and to top it all the lens cloth is bigger then the ones i usually get, meaning i can really clean my glasses. All i can say is thank you 10 out 10, and i will be telling all my friends and will be using you again.

I'd like to say how great Direct Specs is. You've helped get rid of those awful days when you bought just one pair of glasses and made them last as long as possible because they were so expensive to buy, regardless of fashion. Now I can have a pair of glasses to match my outfit or mood because the Direct Specs range is so inexpensive but never cheap looking. Hooray for you!!
